Patriot Safety & Services was built in one of the most demanding operational environments in the country — the Permian Basin. Based out of 201 E Michigan Ave in Midland, Texas, we started by supporting local oilfield operators who needed drug testing they could count on at any hour of the day.
That meant showing up at 2 AM for post-accident collections. That meant maintaining chain-of-custody integrity in 110-degree heat on a well pad. That meant learning every detail of 49 CFR Part 40, FMCSA regulations, and DOT compliance — not from a textbook, but from doing the work.
From that foundation, Patriot grew. Today we serve employers across all 50 states through a network of 20,000+ collection sites, providing drug and alcohol testing, background screening, occupational health services, third-party administration, and government compliance solutions. The scale changed. The standard didn't.
