Terms of Service

The terms that govern your access to and use of the Patriot Safety & Services website.

Effective date: June 2026

This page is a general template provided for transparency and convenience. It is not legal advice and should be reviewed and tailored by qualified legal counsel before being relied upon for any specific situation.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at patriotdrugtesting.com and any associated pages, content, and features (collectively, the "Site"), operated by Patriot Safety & Services ("Patriot," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. About Our Services

Patriot Safety & Services provides drug and alcohol testing, DOT and non-DOT compliance program administration, background screening, occupational health, and related workforce-safety services. The Site exists to describe those services and to provide general, informational content about regulatory and compliance topics.

The Site itself is informational. It is not the agreement under which Patriot performs testing, screening, or compliance services. Any engagement for those services is governed by a separate written services agreement between Patriot and the client. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, a binding quote, or a guarantee of results, availability, or pricing.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems or networks;
  • Use any automated means, robot, scraper, or data-mining tool to access, monitor, or copy Site content without our prior written consent;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site, or transmit any malicious code, virus, or harmful material;
  • Use the Site to transmit unsolicited communications, or to harass, defame, or impersonate any person or entity;
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in any submission made through the Site.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct we believe violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, page layouts, and the "Patriot Safety & Services" name and marks — is owned by or licensed to Patriot and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print Site content for your own internal, non-commercial reference. Any other use — including reproduction, modification, distribution, republication, or commercial exploitation — requires our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right in any Patriot trademark, service mark, or logo.

5. Informational Content; No Professional Advice

The compliance, regulatory, and safety information presented on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, regulatory, medical, or professional advice, and it should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional familiar with your specific circumstances.

Regulations such as 49 CFR Part 40 and related DOT requirements change over time, and their application depends on facts particular to your operation. You are responsible for verifying current requirements and for any decisions you make based on Site content. Your use of the Site does not create any professional, advisory, or fiduciary relationship between you and Patriot.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patriot disclaims all warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Site or its servers are free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or currency of any content on the Site.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Patriot and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity — arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event will our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources provided for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and a link does not imply our endorsement. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms and policies.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Patriot and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our services, or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the effective date below. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
